Difference between SNAKE aspen and small animal aspen?

Is the only difference between "snake" aspen bedding (http://www.petsmart.com/product/inde...ductId=2752664) and "small animal" aspen bedding (http://www.petsmart.com/product/inde...ductId=3951213) the price?

Because if it is... the "small animal" aspen bedding is a heck of a lot better buy than the "snake specific" one!

Yes , the price, I would think aspen is aspen,
but the first bag is shredded aspen. A softer and finer texture, the second bag is regular course shavings.

Yeah.....Aspen is Aspen........It's your decision what grade you want to use, as both are marketed for Reptiles and Small Animals........Both shredded and shaved come in different grades.......
