What Size Should I Cut It So It Will Fit Perfectly In The 55?
How Do I Get This In The Tank?

Measure the internal width of the tank. Allow some space for clearance of the suction cup holders. I have about 10mm clearance on each end of the divider (might be too large a gap if you have small fries). Plexiglass can flex, so you can kind of bend it to get it into the tank. Thereafter, slide the suction cup holders down on the two ends, and adjust as you go along. You might want to have an additional holder at the foot of the divider, it lifts the divider up and allows water flow to pass. Its all very easy, I did it. Oh, and drill many many holes! :) And don't chip the plexiglass when drilling (use some masking tape).
