DIY stand and canopy for 220

Hey everyone Just wanted to share my stand and canopy that I built for my 220. Alot of new members here since it was built so just wanted to give my ideas. Enjoy

this is the frame before I added the support between the top and bottom frame.

this pic you can see the added supports. the entire stand is sheeted in 3/4" maple plywood

I went with a large center door that opens downward for easy access to filters

stained with dark cherry stain and poly sealed. Stil needed to tack on the final piece of trim.

Just throwing this in for those of you that are unsure of how to support your floor.

I wanted an all acces hood and this is what I came up with, 3 sections with the top being sealed with plexi for the shop lights.

Looks awesome! What's goin in it? I don't like my 220 canopy, it actually sit's in the corner of my room, not that it don't look good. It just sucks tryin to do any maintanaince in the tank. Yours looks sweet though, and it's cool you can lift all the levels differently so you can get in the tank better.
 
thanks everyone for the comments. I actuall have had this tank up and running for over 2 years. It houses my black aro, royal clown knife 2 clown loaches and a florida gar.
