Do I need a heater for my 75 gal tank?

My 75 gal tank has a pangasius, oscar fish, and two janitor fish. Do I need a heater? Or are they okay in a cold environment?

The fish you have aren't cold water species so no. Also a 75g is too small for the Pangasius.

noted, i will have my pangasius transferred to a larger tank pretty soon. may i know what's the preferred water temperature for the fish that i have? thank you for replying!

it's placed on the exterior side of the house. there are still walls on two sides though, but it gets pretty cold during the night. i will have to check the room temp. thank you!

Yes if heater is glass I personally would use them especially with those fish.
