Don't buy the wrong nightcrawlers!

Went to wal-mart to get some nightcrawlers for my fish and i wasn't sure which one to buy so I just picked a random one.

Which happened to be this one:

Went home and my fish gobbled them all up..

Woke up the next morning to this!!

Tested my water parameters and everything was fine.. Did two water changes and it didn't really do much.

Put my carbon back into my FX5 yesterday and its finally getting less green. :D

Found out Turner's sells nightcrawlers so thats where I'll be getting them.. 25 for $6. Anyone else know a place that sells them for cheaper?
 
So were the crawlers green?

Nope.. but the crap they were crawling in was green. I didn't realize they were supposed to be in dirt until after buying some from Turner's..

My boss said it might be because they inject these ones with some glow in the dark stuff. So fishermen are able to see them. Not sure if he's right on it though.
 
I didn't even know they made green worms! Good thing whatever they used isn't poisinous to fish by the looks of it..

I couldnt find any regular ones.. Only these ones and some garlic ones. There weren't many options at the one I went to..
 
at my wal mart you can buy regualr candian nightcrawlers you can et 20 of them for right at 3 bucks
 
WOW, i purchased the "canadian nightcrawlers" same size container (blue color) for like $2 bucks!!! Not to mention those guys are HUGE, i literally have to cut em in 3-5 parts or else its big...
