Does anyone know how fast the dorado catfish grows

In our hands, from 3" maybe 8"-12" in one year, 18" in 3-4 years, will keep growing for sure but no 1sthand experience past that.

Hard to imagine they achieve 5-6ft in the wild on average.

Very hard to keep and raise in captivity. Way skittish. Ram into walls. Disfigure and eventually die in 99+% cases.
