Does anyone have personal experience with the most effective dosing method with PraziPro? I read the directions on the label and it said 1 TSP per every 20 gallons and that I shouldn't dose more than once every 3-5 days. If I perform a w/c, would I have to add back the does for the total volume or just the volume of the new water? How often should I be dosing and how long to continue the treatment to be sure?

what are you treating? Prazi does not degrade so it stays in the water. For treating gill flukes in discus I will dose full strength for 21 days, a week straight then dosing every 3 days. Also I do 95% daily water changes so redose every day. You should dose at least a week and replace any medicine lost to water changes.

I'm treating for gill flukes. It's on a Jack dempsey so I don't think I'll be doing 95% changes, probably 50% at most. So let's say I dose today. Would I wait for 7 days then do a 50% water change and redose for 50% of the new water? Then repeat this 1 week w/c and redose for 2 more weeks?
