Just for fun, what does everybody keep with their eartheaters?



Ill start:
G. altifrons

Bala Shark
S.D.
Angels
plecos
and if Aquascape ever pulls through for me: a couple of oscars.

4-geophagus pellegrini(3 females one male)
13- red eye tetras
1- bushynose pleco
1- butterflypleco
3- t. passiones
2- unidentified eartheaters
all in a 125 gallon
 
this is what i keep with my 6 altifrons -

2x rotkiel sevs
1x green sev
2x uaru
6x denisonii barbs
3x blue rainbows
14x buenos aires tetras
1x clown plec

tried a 2 inch baby oscar, lasted a week before he started bullying my geo's !
 
Excellent, has anyone ever tried discus?

brookers > lasted only 2 weeks with the oscars huh? Wow I hope I have a little better luck. Btw what size tank? Are they in?

- Inpaichthys kerri (Blue Emperor Tetra)
- Corydoras caudimaculatus

In the past with various species, the most successfully:

Hyphessobrycon pulchripinnis (Lemon Tetra)
Hyphessobrycon rosaceus (Rosy Tetra)
Hemigrammus ocellifer (HnT Tetra)
Corydoras trilinieatus
Corydoras panda

With some species, H. efasciatus and H. temporalis did well also.

Dang! Dan that is quite the stock list! I bet it looks amazing.

I was hoping Japes would get in on this, you are the one that got me into eartheaters in the first place. (Im sure I am not the only one, either)

Julian: the discus work well then? They arent stressed to much by the cichlids? I have thought about keeping them with my altifrons but I wasn't sure.
