I have still been thinking of buying a Eheim XL Pro3 and in reading many reviews quite a few mention that Eheim has no Proper repair center in the the USA and some parts are hard to get? I realy want to try a Eheim but do not want to spend the small fortune it cost to find support is very limited. I have emailed Eheim and am still waiting for a reply I know I have not as of yet found a phone support line just a email address? Have any of you found this to be true?

I have an Eheim G90 (2073) that leaked due to an issue with the priming push pump mechanism. It took about 3 or 4 e-mails, but they eventually sent me a new motor unit at no cost (apparently it was an issue with their earlier models that they were aware of). I have heard that their customer service is pretty unresponsive (which was my experience), but I was persistent and it eventually paid off.
Save yourself some trouble and consider a 2260 or 2262. Absolute workhorses with few parts to fail.
