That is the only fish that I absolutely refuse to keep. Able to kill a full grown man with ease? Yeah, no thank you. Just out of curiosity why are you wanting to get one?

DUDE. That is only the 5+ footers. And they barely are aggresive. Chances are that when some stupid fishkeepers stick their hands in, the eel mistakes the fingers for worms and give you some shock

electricity and water great mix …. don't under estimate the power of these fish, if they can kill when in a river I am sure they can do better in a tank.

Not much of an eel person to begin with. Add electricity and no thanks.

I have a little one now. Thing was like a little worm when I first got it. Had a big one years ago really cool fish.
