Emergency - Need help for Flowerhorn

Hi friends,

My friend has a Flower Horn who is four years old. From past three days he has started acting very directly.
1. He is lying flat with only one side up on top of the water surface.
2. Since he is lying flat on water surface, he is not able to swim properly.
3. He has not eaten anything from three days.

Tank size is 4.5ft in length and 3ft wide.

Please help us.

Would suggest trying to lower the water level so it can lean up against the glass or decor and stay upright.

Would add kanamycin and Epsom salt at 1tbsp
Per 5g. Then make a solution of epsom salt 1/2cup tank water and 3/4 tsp Epsom salt. Use a long and thin syringe like for insulin and place in the fh’s mouth and “flush” it in slowly. Hope it works out!

Swim bladder problem(pop at your own risk lol) you you can see the outline of it. Should probably look into making your water quality better in the future
