my hermit crab's shell and even my snail has got these is it a pest or a parasite!?

This is a wild guess based on almost no evidence. Look up hydra.

Can't really tell from those pics. Are you talking about on the left side? I would say possibly feather dusters, or some type of crab leg if they are coming out of that shell.. or possibly a nasty hitch hiker.. doubt it's hydra since its a salt tank
