Endli mount (dead fish pictures)

Some of you may think I'm weird. But after my 18" female endli jumped out, I decided I'd get the most unique thing in my house (apart from dinosaur raptor claws) and get her mounted.

No. I wish I had that much skill! I paid to have it done and honestly am blown away with the final product.

Very nice mount. I think that is a cool way to honor that big fish. ( makes me wish my giant ornate and congicus had been done)

Not weird. Cool way to appreciate the fish you take a stake in. Came out well.

$350. They did it in 3 weeks which cost a bit extra for the rush.

the skin, teeth and fins are all her. they made a custom mold of her body shape and stretched the skin over the mold. then they pinned everything, sealed it and painted it. they did have to add the eyes and do a bit of work on the nostrils since those basically withered away.

I think thats awesome. Infact i still have my del in the freezer. Im going to look into this
