Estimate the size of this giant wels catfish

Hello everyone! I just found today a photo of an angler with a huge european wels catfish (Silurus glanis). It looks really monstrous on the photo, and the dates of its length and weight are known. So I would be really interested to see how large you estimate it. Just write what you think and click on the photo to see how near or far away from realitiy your estimation was. I wrote the dates on the title of the picture, so you can read it, when you save it.
So what do you think, how long is this wels catfish and how much does it weigh?

One word, MONSTER!

It is really hard to say since we don't know the size of the guy or have anything to scale it to. But I'd say it's safe to say it weighs well into the triple digits and is easily over 6ft.

what if mine gets that big monster well easyly looking at a 3m fishw weighing around the 600-1000lb mark thats a monster indead i wonder if mine will get that big
