Hi all, bought this as a red Texas. Its father was a blue Texas (cyano) and its mother was a blood parrot. This fish is approx 2-3 inches. What kinda size can I expect it to peel/ will it peel. A lot of its siblings just looked like regular cyanos, I selected this one as it looked more amphilophus and I figured it’d have a better chance to fade.
What size does that generally happen

I would highlight two indicators: first - the F1 hybrids from my experience had a low percentage of faders from the entire brood and second - the fader process began in different individuals at the age of 3 to 6 months. After that, I did not observe any new faders.
