Female Red Devil Cichlid

This is my 5" grow out. She's maturing and almost ready to breed. She's following my Silk around but he is abusive. I did not intend to breed them ; I just keep what I like. But they can breed with each other if they want.

She's very active back and forth all day. She'll get more red when she gets closer to laying eggs it's gonna be sick.

They both just recovered from ich.

I love my Amphilophus species. Nice red devil. But maybe you should try and find a mating male.

Only way to tell is catch it turn it upside down look at anus and other tube inings same size its male, one bigger is its femlae reason to lay eggs from tube
