Fire eel teeth

What kind of teeth do these guys have? I got my 10 inch fire eel last week and hes already eating market shrimp out my fingers. When he hits the shrimp he dont play. He hits it pretty hard like hes got a kill. Just wonder if anyones ever got bit by one. Is there anything to it?

I have had him roughly 4.5 years now..Thats an extremely old pic also....

I hand feed it daily-
Never had it bite me yet...
