My guppies are rubbing against the gravel and I've heard this could mean they are pregnant. Any suggestions on what to do?

What do you mean by "good". Ammonia nitrite nitrate levels?
Usually flicking and rubbing against rocks is a sign of parasites like flukes. Praziquantel is what I recommend as treatment if that's the case. It's relatively mild, so a normal dose is not a bad idea even if you aren't 100% sure it's flukes.
