Shhh...dont tell, but Im Dustins mentor! :D jp Dustin...nonstop and I complain to each other over the phone probably a couple times a week.

Im just glad to know that I have helped, and what you have said means a lot to me, lets keep working, all tanks can get better. :D

This is another thing I like about the site, there is a good little core group of people, and I feel that for the most part we all earnestly care about one anothers issues and setups...

No more pictures yet...gotta get the last of the fish in...sometime this month of the arapaima etc doesnt set me back too much.
Please.....I teach you!! Nah, we both help each other with different things it seems, Flesh has definitely taught me a lot. And yes we have complained quite a bit lately, damn PIA screwed us both.

Dustin and Heathd are my fish buddies...I think most of the time no matter what happens we like to bounce ideas off each other.

We disagree on some different things, but most of the time we work out good solutions.

Dustin worries more than I do...and he still got ich. :D

Sadly enough, this is probably true...off to do an h2o change...and then maybe another short video of the tank, although I wanted to wait to get my anthias in first though.

Did you see someone was trying to sell $250 of their store credit for $200?

I think that word is getting around...I feel somewhat bad, but they at least should come out and say that they are just flipping fish...I wonder if they have any QT protocol etc?

Where was that being sold? I think it is getting around as well, but PIA has been selling fish for a while, and they have a thread on ReefCentral that they post about new stuff.

I bet it is straight out the ocean in the tank and for sale immediately.

Based on the fact that they never even took a picture of the fish that they sent me, yes I think it is too.

I think that was a reef2reef thread, but thought it might have been a WRS thread.

I think the only thing we really disagree about is deep sand bed vs. shallow

Biggest one I would say as well. I am definitely on the remote DSB bandwagon.

Cant have it...the thought of all that poop and all the animals that eat the poop dying in your sand kills me every time I think about it. :grinno:

I was on board as well...until I got even more sketched about trapping wastes the first time I cleaned out my sump.

One of these days (dustins next in wall tank?) I am going to build one of the two of you a denitrification tower with a way to back flush it.

I will be happy, and you will be happy because denitrification will be working 10x more efficiently and cleanly.
