Hi all

I have my Thai flowerhorn that have been sicked for a long time coming 2 months now despite me medicating the quarantine tank with a myriad of medications I can get my hands on.

I have used the following medications below

API Mela fix with API Prima Fix
Seachem Paraguard
EIHO Prazi Gold
Seachem Focus + Kanaplex for food
Seachem Focus + Metroplex for food

But the issue seems to be coming back and spreading from my flower horn left cheeks to right cheeks and leaving holes in the cheeks once the issue has subsided.

Refer to the image below, it looks more like there are parasite larve eggs under the fish skin but am not sure what it is to effectively treat it.

Welcome aboard
Please test your water parameters asap. No one can really help you until you test and list your results.

Not sure if it’s parasitic or not. Hard to tell. I’d dab those areas with hydrogen peroxide on a qtip for now. 3x a week till it clears. Update how it goes. Yes please post water parameters.
