Flowerhorn stomach cramp?!?

a couple weeks ago I got this fh from petco and seems to have a lot of potential and all and I take great care of it but something on its left side of it’s stomach is bothering me and I wondering if you all knew anything about it. In this picture you can see in indent in its stomach or tightness or a cramp something. Please explain. Btw this fish acts completely normal and healthy.

Could be a bad genetic defect. Would wait till it’s bigger and see if it’ll settle in. As long as it’s acting healthy then wouldn’t worry too much.

Maybe so but the employee also dropped him when I got him which led to him developing pop eye which I cured before it got bad. If it a defect I hope he grows out of it. I will update in a few months. Other that he has gotten much more vibrant colors Since this picture and he is showing a lot of potential.
