Fluval FX4-6 Media?

What media is in your Fluval filter? Just got one and looking to order some stuff that is on sale so if you recall where you got it, that is helpful as well.

Original sponges + lots of wintered glass noodles (any brand). The latter always in gags for ease, and can be replaced with lava rock pieces (much cheaper).

I have Fluval Bio Max Ceramic rings but very expensive. If you want to go very cheap use Pot Scrubbers
