Anyway, thats what happens when you throw bitis of old bacon in the stream behind my house

i would have had all of em in a tank by now! That is really cool, I wish you could see fish like that around here fairly reguraly. The best we get to see is the odd skate or stingray.

Awesome eels. I have seen these before and always wanted some. I hear they are masters of escape in aquariums

That's fantastic! I'm surprised they are out and about in broad daylight. I thought they were more secretive. Unfortunately eels are no longer common where I live; too many dams between here and the sea.

Louie have you seen any in your travels down here? there is a guy at work that caught one not too far from here eating the dead cichlids...

No never saw any. I know they can live in fresh and salt . Are they native to Florida?
