In case anyone is looking for one.
Was looking for one of these and bought one at a lfs... I asked this the giant bumblebee... yes they said.... month or so later of growing I found out it's an Asian bumblebee Haha... still cool catfish but not like this guy... this place ship to Canada?
Semi aggressive ha that's a joke . There def not scavengers but if it swims by them. It's gone. There vicious but awesome to keep
Interesting, the photo on the live aquaria website shows a common p. bufonis but the one above seems to be the elusive 'black bufonis' variety which if it is, is different and grows to 12" as did this one:
