Glo Corydoras,

Someone told me that glo corydoras are now a thing. If so, why? Not a fan of these fish.
Was curious so did some browsing trying to see if this was true after I was told about them and apparently it is.
Glo Fish Company has yet to make an announcement I think (?) but these are already available at select petco/petsmart not sure what area though.

I'm not a fan of any Glo fish but there is a market for them. I think children especially are attracted to them.

Damn kids, its how I ended up with 2 glo zebra danios. I only got them after learning they weren't dyed but still didnt like it. Oh well

I mean they seem as healthy as any, 2yrs and counting. But jeez they're bright neon pink and orange! Cool in a cichlid but just odd to see them pop out of nowhere with they're wild patterned bros beside them. Honestly I prefer the zebra or leopard pattern so...

We have to please our children lol. I have a 2 yr old Grandbaby who seems interested in fish. Possibly one day she may see those glo fish and ask for them. I'll do exactly what you did even though I don't like glo fish.

Not my thing but as they aren’t dyed or injected I don’t really have an issue with them.
I can see the attraction for kids and attracting new people to the hobby but I don’t really see the need for them to exist at all.
