Gourami has odd fin issue need advice

my gold gourami missing a small white edged portion of her anal fin and has a fuzzy white patch on one of her feelers. can any one help id the problem? none of the others in the tank appear ill I have added salt to about 1 tbsp/5gallon the temp is currently up to 80.
I gave the gorami a 5 min salt bath at a higher concentration
I need to know what it so that if I need to add meds I add the right ones am hoping the that will not be nessasary

Fungus and maybe a little bit of fin rot. Keep the salt in the tank you have now and get a med labeled Melafix. Add one teaspoon per 10 gallons for a week followed by a 25% water change. Continue treatment if it still has any signs until it clears up.

can I move this fish and just treat her or do I need to treat the whole tank?

I wouldnt just because the chance of stressing the fish out even more. Plus the meds and salt arent going to hurt the healthy fish.
