the green arowana has lightish green on its scales (at least the one i have has the green pretty noticeable)
i think the green based red arowana is the banjar red and it has red only on the fins, no color on the face or the scales

as many say if you are going to invest in a banjar red, then you may as well wait a little more save a little more and get a RTG or a super red rather than the banjar

will try and get the pics of my green which show green on the scales

This is a green base red.
I cant find a "Red Base green" I have even went to ImperialArowana.com and looked at all the asian aro's they breed, and no Red Base Green, only Green Base Red.

the diffrence is about $1500 :D

unless when they say red base green they are talking about a banjar red which are a waste of money if you ask me me

a green base red is expencive

I was told by my uncle who visited canada on a business trip. that it was labeled as a red based green.

The price will tell you everything

if its under $1000 then its just a normal green with the red added as a sales pitch
