Hey guys. I have had this green severum for a pretty long time and over the last few months it has developed these torn up lips along with a singular ich like spot on the tip of its fin. It has been exactly like this for months, so that means through various types medications such as paraguard general cure, etc, because occasionally a new fish brings a parasite. Anyways these disease like characteristics haven't gone away nor have they spread to other fish. What is it? Is it not bacterial? He still eats perfectly fine but is occasionally bullied by my oscar.
Here is a picture of the lips.
I could not get a clear picture of the tail but it is an ich like spot hanging on the end of his long stringy fins.

It may not be bacterial if u’ve tried antibiotics but didn’t see it listed. If it’s just scarred up then it may not grow back. I’d try getting a qtip soaked with methylene blue and dab the affected area. Also, the one ich looking spot has been there for months? If so it’s not ich.

Ok I think it may just be scarred then. As for the tail I have no clue. the spot is on the back of the severums long thread like fins. It just looks like ich, literally the same size and appearance except of course it has been there for months and hasn't spread to other fish.
