I don’t see any jag features.
I’m not saying it’s not jag x Texas.
Just doesn’t look like I would expect.
Beautiful fish though for sure.

Yeah i know it looks more like a mix with vieja...but around the face and belly you can see the jag patters and some browns ..he was the only one that came out that good out of the batch..

agreed this is probably not a simple Thai gt x jaguar hybrid something else probably Vieja is in the mix and there might not even be any jag

Yes it is a jag and thaigt hybrid ...im very positive , i can see the underbase jag patters and browns...zoom in and you may see something...agree with body shape looking like a vieja...some thai gt have that body shape also...maybe if the jag was the father and the thai gt the mother,..the body shape would it look more like a jag...

Maybe but all I’m saying is that is not all what’s in there. I’ve seen quite a few texas/jag hybrid and they don’t look quite like that...prob some vieja in there

Yeah maybe some vieja is in there i understand...is like the red texas cuchlid...they are so many mix out there ...thai gt x blood parrot or blue texas with red mammon ect.....this is a vieja hybrid , dont know whats in the mix to be honest, but i think a blood parrot fish or a red mammon is in the mix because the color and the mouth ..
