My arowana has been acting strangely since this morning. It's swimming up and down the tank erratically and rubbing its head and gills against the rocks and the filter pipe.
At first, I thought it was just hungry, so I fed it more than usual, but the behavior hasn’t stopped. Even now, it’s moving all over the tank, pressing its tip against the glass.
I checked its body closely but didn’t see any visible worms or anything unusual stuck to it.
I’m starting to worry if it could be internal parasites. Before the last cleaning, some of the food had gotten stuck on the rim of the tank, and I noticed worms had developed there. I’m concerned that my arowana might have accidentally eaten some. Could that be the cause?
