HELP Florida Gar

My Florida gar is very lethargic and is laying on the bottom, not upright but slightly tilted to his side. It normally lays on the bottom like the others, but now he is tilted. No visible signs of anything, and he swims oddly also, nothing major but definitely not normal. I think it is still eating, but only very little.
It is about 11" and I have it in a 210gal with two other Florida gar of the same size, a 13" pbass, 18" silver aro, and 2 motoros about 7" in diameter. It has been this way for a few days now.

*side note: he has recovered from a crooked spine (running into tank) in the past, but that was months ago.

Any clue as to what is wrong?

Lets try to get some pics/vid up before the experts get here.

I do know that my Floridas like to lay tilted every now and then, but it would usually be because a fin is on a rock or plant or something like that.
The recent spine injury is interesting, concidering some of the tankmates arn't the best idea. He may have had another small crash into the glass.

I agree. Thats the only thing that I can think of. Maybe he did it again when you weren't home?

may be new spine damage or exacerbation of the old injury from something else...photo or vid would be most useful.

also consider that it's in with motoros...although i have not heard of it happening to gars before, it is possible that the fish was stung...--

I thought about this, but it has no visible signs of trauma, i.e. stinger or wound. It may be the spine, that is the only thing I can think of.

I will get pics up tomorrow, as for video, it doesn't move much at all so it would probably be no good. I will give it a go though.
