help my arowanas are fighting

Like said above you'll probably end up adding more or selling off one.. Just keep an eye on them, it's better to sperate them or sell one before they kill each other and you have none.. When i did a aro comm tank i had 2 silver, 1 jar, and 1 african.. I never just had the 2..

As I have advised before, when raising multiple arowanas together you need to make sure you have a means to separate them if it goes wrong. Adding more may help or it may lead to having to find away to house even more aro separately.

Do you have another tank that you can move the aggressor to for awhile?

yes i have another tank ready just in case
ill make my decision at the end of the day
ill keep my fingers cross and keep taking advice from you guys

Hi guys I have 2 arowana silver one is 4 inch and one is 5 they both are fighting i got suggestions that I should put long live plants so there will be less chances or if they fight they will hide pls help

i have 2 silver arowanas 16" long and i had them since they were 3" they are in a 220 gallon tank
and now in the past few days they are fighting like maniacs
one of them have a few bloody scales and the other one has the skin around her mouth peeling off. but i notice that the one with the bloody scales is the one that start the fight all the time
what should i do

Do you have an separator tank for what reason you need to have two silver aros together in one tank I think you have chosen two males in one tank in case that’s why they are fighting but if you choose female aro maybe will be an less risk but the problem is the sex of the aro btw are you an breeder? Or you just wanted to have two which is males?
