Hi looking for info on a black devil cat as I want to change my tank up a bit and think this is the new fish for me!

Ive read about them being highly aggressive which Is why I want one, they also look cool as hell

What I really want to know is how active are they during the day?
Are they very interactive?
What is there growth rate?
What tank size do they need
Are they easy to get off live food

I currently have a 200x60x60cm 700l tank, how long would it last in there?

In smaller systems they are very territorial and aggressive, they will attack nets, hands, etc. i have never kept one but my cousin has and i seen it on regular basis.

This is the type of catfish I would love to get once I have a mega tank set up. :) otherwise I am not into keeping single species tank and don't really have the room lol. Just knowing it is another large species of catfish I have not kept means I will definitely get one someday lol.

I nearly completed a 4000 gal aquarium for less than $1 per gallon. If not for a nasty divorce and having to leave it behind I would have had one, and I am no where near having won a lottery lol. If you just buy the materials over time and build it slow like I did then it isn't too bad. Just need the space and a good plan. :)

Building an extension on my house to put it in would add to the cost lol

I can't go properly monster until I move house :(
