Heros sp. Curare grow out thread.

Wow, a while since I updated this. So I've got 3 of my 4 left. 2 have grown well and look pretty good. The other two had issues with growth the whole time, one died a little while back, the other small one is eating well now but I'm sure it will be stunted. It's so far behind the other two. But like I said the other two are doing pretty well.
Does anyone have any idea on the sex of the bigger two? I know it's prob only possible to sex by venting or if I see them spawn, I've heard there is a trick with the markings on the face. Probably an old wives tale, but what's you're best guess?
#1 this one is a bit smaller than the other, maybe 4.5"
#2 this is the bigger more dominant one, ~5"
