I found this fish swimming strangely near the surface on Friday. I immediately separated it into a quarantine tank, but its condition is not improving. It's still swimming weird like this, but it's eating. Does anyone know if there is a chance the fish will recover or if there is any way to treat it? Or is it better to euthanize it.

Add some epsom salt 3 tbsp per 5g and kanamycin. Would nice to a quarantine tank and lower the water level so the fish can stay upright as much as possible.

That's what I'd do as well, that and feed very lightly for now. Looks like something of a bulge in the belly area, which can be intestinal bloating or egg impaction (not certain from the photos whether you have a female). Either way it would be the same approach for me, including temporarily suspending feeding or feeding very lightly. I'd act fast, weird swimming in either case not a good sign.
