Lots of possibilities. Figuring on a height of 2 feet, if you had a flat bottom and proper bracing a 660 feet by 660 feet aquarium would hold about 651,657.6 gallons.

And that is without vertical bracing on the front panel? What if the glass was 3 feet tall ?

What many don't realize is that the height of the aquarium determines the thickness of the glass needed. The taller the tank, the thicker the glass.

Can you explain why ? So i could have a aquarium 16ft long and 4ft deep but as long as it isnt over 2ft tall the 1/2 glass wont break ?

Because the pressure comes from the height of the tank. You can 10,000 gallons with a tank thickness of only a 1/4 inch with a height of only 2 inches(you do the math on the length and depth). Because there is very little pressure on the side.

I personally wouldn't go more then 30 inches in hight. there is to much pressure

Yes, 30in. is the maximum safe height for 12mm glass. Beyond that it's always going to be risky.
