How many caribe piranhas should be together

I have 17 red bellies that so well together and am looking at putting caribe’s in my other open tank. Do I need to have a minimum number of caribe’s to make them happy or they do fine in smaller numbers?

1 per 20 ish gallons - depends on how much maintenance you want to do

probably will get bigger than your reds

I have a 90 and a 150 open I was just seeing if they’re like reds where it’s beat to keep at least 5 or 6 or if a minimum amount doesn’t matter

maybe get 5 -7 for 150g - knowing 1-3 will be cannibalized

I currently have 2 Caribe (5-6 inches)and 2 RBP (6-7 inches) in a 125, and planning to put 10-12 Caribe babies in my open 220 (I was originally going to get a wolf fish but that is slowing in favor of a shoal of Caribe) knowing that I'll end up with 8-10 of the strongest later. The pecking order of the tank is the biggest Caribe-->Biggest RBP--> Caribe-->RBP, tho the smallest Caribe is constantly testing the pecking order.
