This is not a worm, but a crustacean)
It is found on mostly pond raied fish, and I find them on wild fish I catch, especially Characins and othe Cyprinids.

I treat with Prazicuartel, and Metrozol

The Larvae can be killed with a 3ppt salinity (3 lbs salt per 100 gallon)
The adults can also be removed with a tweezers

anchor worms also usually have red inflammatory spots at the base of the tail end in early juvenile stages, and I'm unsure if just pulling out the adult body is enough to rid the fish of it completely, so added on topical use of praziquantel or any anti-invasive killer should work well.
