I think that in all fairness what a good deal is, or isn't, will depend a lot on geographical location. I get hit pretty hard for fish in my area (NW Canada) unless I am buying from local breeders. I think that you would be better served asking this question on a local forum that has a higher flow of traffic from folks that live in the GTA.
