I think that you are mis-identifying the uvula; I suspect that your pleco is simply suffering from an inflammation of the tonsils...

Okay, I give up. What does the term "uvula" reference with respect to a plecostomus? Is this a gag...pun slightly intended...?

I wouldn't worry. Barely looks different than a normal pleco mouth

I've honestly never heard that terminology used in reference to a fish. Naturally, once I saw your pic I had to jog downstairs and check out my fishes' uvulae...and naturally none were amenable to observation. Finally had an albino Bristlenose glom onto the front glass and open wide. I can't see any difference. Angle of the light, perhaps?

Regret for my poor biology of pleco?. I' am now using eaterlife octozon. It moves more than before but still no appetite.

Hard to see in that short video clip, but as the fish turns away it appears as though it is nice and plump. Are you sure it's not eating? How long do you believe it has been fasting?

I'm still not seeing anything here that would cause concern.
