IBC Water Tank Pond???

Wanting to know peoples experience or if its possible to set up a pond using an IBC water tank,
They are 1000Litres and are roughly 120cm x 100cm x 118cm, will be cutting a bit of the top off it so actually dimensions and volume will be smaller...
I'm thinking plants and gold fish at this stage but not sure yet.... open to suggestions and ideas.
Would be putting wood around the sides of it to cover the metal.

It can be done and I’ve seen several fish farms that do it successfully. Just make sure the ibc tote was used for water and not pesticides if getting one used.

Been done, get fish you can enjoy from the top however

Yeah 100%% will be getting ones suited for water.
