Is my caulk okay?

It’s been about a year since I resealed my 55 gal with GE waterproof caulk. I did let it sit two weeks before adding water. Temp might have fluctuated since I’m in Florida.

It looks odd with the air bubbles...does this mean it is unsealing itself from the glass or is it just an amateur job?

Good catch. I can check the bottle when I get home.

looking it up online at Lowe’s it appears to be “GE Waterproof clear silicone caulk”

Is this GE silicone I or II. If it doesn't say. Check to see if it contain mold inhibitors. GE I doesn't not contain and what u want.

As for the bubbling and non-uniformed lines. It's normal for a 1st time reseal ;--) Should be fine and just aesthetic.

This is correct. I only have experience with GE I and GE II. GE I has always been great. Do not use GE II.

It doesn’t look that bad. Bubbles i believe are seen cause of bad laying or not set right in the tube. I know wednesday13 may have a better idea about it. The area between the pane looks good and that counts more. Should be ok for now.
