Is my rtc het albino ?

Had a few people who have cane and brought fish from me and a few of them have all said the same thing and is that rtc albino , he has some slight yellow colour to him and has since had him . Was really pale wen brought him from lfs and stayed the same .

No, doesn't look albino in any way to me.
Coloration may be genetic but could also be partly down to the really light coloured substrate and mood, as I note in one of the photos he appears darker.

When some thing is het, there's no way to physically tell. If the gene shows at all, the fish or any animal is considered that morph. Only way to know is to know the parents, if one was platinum then Yes it would be het. I agree with Dave.

indont know anything to do with her parents as she was
I’ll in a lfs there was 2 at the time
But she way quite white as a baby and more black as she grew, and then a few people said she looks Albino so just got me thinking

Well she's not albino or leucistic unfortunately

Normal colored RTC, just pale, which can occur for a number of reasons.

BTW, them severums and other similar tank mates might be eaten by the catfish sooner or later.

Just because some guy calls black white, doesn't make it so. You'd be surprised that internet and YouTube is an ocean of ignorance and conceit.

Are you talking about paul cuffaro? The one he calls an albino is most def not an albino. He has one albino and one regular rtc. Dont know why he is calling it albino. He has no clue of what he is doing at all. He has already killed one albino rtc. These youtube money makes people stupid.
