Is my sb oscar pregnant or ?

Since yesterday night I realize my fish belly is big round and fat. At first I thot it was food. Until this afternoon without feeding the belly is still round and fat. Fish is not as active as before. It keep staying at the side of the tank. Could it be pregnant ? Or it's ill ? Advice needed thanks a lot.

Epsom salts dissolved into food, skinned green peas. Start there.
