Is there a difference between albino tiger Oscars and white tiger Oscars?

So I’m six months into keeping my first cichlid and I’ll admit it, I’m OBSESSED. I have way too many questions. I’ve always wondered if there is a difference between a white tiger oscar and an albino tiger Oscar? Are all white tiger Oscars albino? Not sure why I’m so curious about this since I don’t even own an Oscar, but here we are.

A true albino has red eyes and only white and pink on it's body.
The rest of the "white" Oscar's being sold are actually "Lutino". They have black eyes and can have colored markings on the body, typically in the fins.
