Hi, can I ask for some help from you guys again? Currently I own an asian aro. He/she lives in 500-ish litre tank (I think, the tank dimension is 1,6 m x 60-70 cm x 60 cm). I don't know about the exact biological age of my fish but I think I bought him 7 or 7,5 years ago. I guess I can say he/she probably still kinda young? The water parameter is always around 7 to 7,2. There are no ammonia detected. Nitrate sometimes spike to 15 but never get too crazy.

If I remember correctly, 3-4 months ago I notice some weird bump on its left barbel. And recently it start to get bigger and looks like some kind of infection that cause my fish sometimes scratch his barbel in the glass. I am really sorry for him/her that I didn't take early action to treating him/her. But now I still kinda unsure if the infection come from fungal or parasitic infection. Could I ask for you guys to take a look and give some advice for treating it?

Thanks a lot. And I am sorry for the image quality since he/she always on the move when there are people nearby
