If a flowerhorn can see another flowerhorn in a divided tank it will effect the kok growth in a big way. I experienced this personally with about 4 juveniles that I raised. When those 4 juveniles got into a tank by them selves without the presence of another fish their kok became huge! Flowerhorns are fine not eating for a week as long as they are healthy going into that fasting period, just don't expect any growth. Also I feel like I need to clarify my "good markings" comment since you are now using that term. When I said "good markings' I should have said "flower line" or "plums" describing the solid black line running down that fish's side. For many hobbyists this is a desirable trait.
If you're saying if flowerhorns are in tank theirselves grow kok bigger is wrong. You might be right about size growing faster but not kok.

Explain to me why most hobbyists or farmers put their flowerhorns as small as 2 inches or bigger in a tank with others in a divider and later still in divider with extremely big kok?

They know how to do it, that why people are buying their flowerhorn. Even websites say it make them more aggressive, putting two flowerhorn together with a divider that they can see each other increase the aggressive level which play A big role in kok growth

It's all about genetics. Those fish are grown to have a large kok. Your fish was bought at petsmart and was not bred for anything other than a new hobbyist to buy it. The more a fflowerhorn feels dominant and secure the larger the kok will be. I've experienced this first hand with my srd after taking manmades advice. If you want to have a fish thrive and actually survive you should probably start listening when people on these forums give advice

I am putting the divider there that they can each other so they can get more aggressive

You ask a lot of questions about flowerhorn and when someone gives you sound advice you say that they are wrong? Lol. You still haven't checked your water but your buying more fish... every pic you posted so far of your fish they all look stressed. Stop getting fish focus on your tank and find out if your even cycled. If you want desired traits in a fish your gonna have to spend the money your not going to find it at petco.

Man ohhhh man Khoi Ta needs to stop getting all his expert advice from Google searches. This forum is all about sharing our experiences. This is a picture of the same fish. The one pic, where his head is small, is when he is next to another male. The second pic is from 10 days after I sold the male that was next to him. If a Flowerhorn has the genes for a big kok he will grow one as long as he is kept in a healthy environment. However his kok will always be bigger when he is by himself. Flowerhorns are best kept as a single specimen. But with all the proof in the word Khoi Ta will keep teaching himself the wrong info and sharing it with us all.
