Is this cichlid a large male festae?

I have raised this fish for the last 4 years since he was 1 inch in his own tank.
He/she is now 11 inches in length.

Can some please tell me if it is purely festae and confirm that he is male.

Looks like a male festae to me. Good looking one too.
