I need some immediate advice, I don't know what this is, there are some white dust looking spots on my flowerhorns kok,

it doesn't look like a hole though, it's as if he bruised his head but it's not, because it's been like this for about a week now, a bruise must have healed by now?

I'm feeling him this food pic attached IMG_20171112_004513.jpg IMG_20171112_004544.jpg IMG_20171112_004553.jpg

He is very active, chases my fingers like crazy

Clean digestion (no white stringy poop)

Eats everything happily

Very clean water 75% water change twice a week, water temperature 25-26C

So I don't know what caused it, the only thing that makes me worried is the fact that I never dewormed him since I got him from my lfs ( which I'm ready to do now)

if so is very early start, pristine water will clear it up.

If you're referring to the white spots on side of its kok, they're pearls developing. Nothing to worry about.

is there a reseon to de-worm? HITH and worms 2 dif things

Do you think I should deworm him? Maybe with some thing that I can feed him or add to his food?

HITH is caused by hexamita which is an internal parasite, deworming get rids of not only worms but also any kind of internal parasites. At least that's what I have read.

You have read wrong. Dewormers kill worms, not hex causing parasites such as Spironucleus vortens. Metronidazole kills spiro/hex parasites. Just keep your water clean, your fish looks fine.

Ok thank you Rd, I was worried sick
and went to my lfs to pick up nls hex shield but he didn't have it in stock, so I ended up soaking his pellets in garlic extract.
