Is this jaw dislocation

I have 4 short body flowerhorn fish and 3 of them have same problem. Is this jaw dislocation? Is it possible to make them back normal?

If you breed two of these Flowerhorn with this deformity together, yes there a good chance a lot of them will have this deformity. These already look very inbred. They themselves are already culls. There is still a chance you can breed them together and select better offspring if you want.
